FRANCHISE FEE TABLE

  • Minimum Financial Requirements: $200,000 (liquid cash)
  • Experience: Previous Restaurant Experience Preferred
  • Multi-Unit: Single and Multi-Unit Development Programs Available
  • Development Fee*: $10,000 per store
  • Franchise Fees: $30,000 per store (includes Development Fee)
  • Total Estimated Initial Investment**: $250,000 – $1,200,000
  • Royalty Fee: 5% of Gross Sales
  • Franchise Agreement: 10 years, plus two additional 5 year terms (if in good standing)
  • Franchise Training: 2-4 weeks depending on experience

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Complete application from all partners is submitted to California Crisp Café.
  • California Crisp Café will evaluate each candidate’s financial ability to successfully open and operate a California Crisp Café.
  • All partners will attend Discovery Day to discuss their development plan.
  • When all requirements are met, Franchise Agreements will be prepared, signed, and fees are paid.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

  • California Crisp Café and Franchise Partner(s) explore desired territory
  • Once a site is found the Franchise Partner must submit a Real Estate Package to California Crisp Café
  • Franchise Agreement is signed and fees are paid
  • Build out of the restaurant begins
  • Training starts
  • Unit opens
